when I take calcium, even with K2 I get diarrhea. I refuse to take the "Dr recommended" biophosphate because I took Actonel briefly 30 years ago and when American Biodental removed a tooth, bone started growing out the side of the place the tooth was removed. Glad your back. I have terrible ringing in my ears. Tinnitus. I had an ear wax issue after they cleaned out my left ear it started ringing. I had a hearing test it showed hearing loss. I have only 1 single issue and that is because dentists overdrilled a molar, filling fell out and tooth shattered. There is only one piece left above the gum level. I have filled the hole for 8 years with beeswax, afraid to have them touch me again. No problems only a few times when I was eating seeds. There are hardly any huggins dentists around. I wish Dr John you would do a session on spontaneous fractures and osteoporosis. I’ve had Anti phospholipid Syndrome for 38 year, MGUS for 19 years and I’m in life long Warfarin. All three lead to spontaneous bone fractures. If there’s something I can do without purely relying on strong medications I’d be over the moon!
